Built for the CRMs you actually run
Agentbox, Rex, VaultRE and LockedOn. If your agency runs more than one — and plenty do, especially after a merger — that is precisely the case we are built for.
Why NestaAI
What sets it apart
Agentbox, Rex, VaultRE and LockedOn. If your agency runs more than one — and plenty do, especially after a merger — that is precisely the case we are built for.
Valuations, ownership tenure and comparable sales come from Domain, PropTrack and Cotality under licence. Nothing scraped, nothing guessed.
Spam Act and Do Not Call obligations sit with your agency. Consent status travels with every contact from the first migration, and the register is checked before anything goes out.
We are not a CRM adding an AI tab, and not a data vendor selling you a score. Knowing who is enquiring and staying in conversation with them is the only thing we build.
How we compare
The tools an Australian agency can buy today fall into two camps. CRMs are adding AI features to the system you already log into, and data vendors will sell you a propensity score with no workflow attached to it.
Neither solves the thing that actually costs you listings: knowing who is on the other end of an enquiry, and staying in conversation with the ones who are years away. That is the only job NestaAI does, across whichever CRMs you run.

Most agencies run more than one CRM, and switch. That is exactly why the two things we invest in are the two a CRM vendor structurally won’t: identity resolution that works across systems, and follow-up that genuinely converses rather than drips.
Still sceptical
The fastest way to find out whether this is real is twenty minutes on your own CRM data. If it doesn't change your morning, tell us and we'll go away.
