Terms of service

NestaAI is a software layer that connects to a customer’s existing CRM to identify inbound enquiries, score lead readiness, conduct follow-up conversations and re-engage past clients. It does not replace the CRM and does not take custody of it.

Design partners receive access at reduced or no cost during the pilot period in exchange for structured feedback and permission to reference the engagement generally. Either side may end a pilot with reasonable notice.

Pricing after the pilot is charged per agent per month in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST, at the rate agreed in writing with the customer.

The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of the contact data it connects, including having a lawful basis for communications sent through the service, and for its own obligations under the Spam Act 2003, the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 and the Privacy Act 1988.

NestaAI provides the controls that make compliance the default. It cannot warrant the accuracy of consent records the customer supplies.

Every automated conversation is visible to the responsible agent and can be taken over or stopped at any point. The customer remains the sender of record for all communications issued through the service.

Property enrichment relies on third-party data providers, and its availability depends on licensing arrangements that may change. Enrichment features are provided on an as-available basis and are not warranted for accuracy or completeness.

During the design-partner period the service is provided without a formal uptime commitment. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting rights under the Australian Consumer Law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
